It does not have much presence on 10th Ave (which borders it on the west) due to the lowrise section, but once it comes into full sight it's a beast, even at its current height. Flush glass walls will only add to the effect. The outcome remains to be seen, but at least it's bound to be better than the wishy-washy half-brick version they had earlier.
