And look at cities like New York and Chicago. There are highrise skyscrapers but they aren't for middle class people. The middle class still live in dense neighborhoods but they are 8-9 story buildings at the most which are B&M.. Manhattan vs. Brooklyn. The Loop vs. Wrigleyville.
