The exposed concrete looks cheap so far... hope they decide to grow or hang something on it.

What's even more odd is the fact that sometimes the fritted portion does end at the operable window. Look again =)

I like the glass, but a superior solution to the spandrel issue had already been achieved 7 years ago, and on a warped surface... that is to not have them at all.

Why do the mullions look even thicker now... it makes me doubt that the windows from the interior will look anything like their renders:
