Good find. I always hoped that this area would become more of a "location" in the city. This might just be what is needed to get it headed in that direction. It sure will add a bit more density off of Rector. Hopefully, once this gets built, it will lead to newer MF housing in that area. The current stock in the area is in horrible condition, and there is some property/land in the area that would allow for a pretty high # of units.
