Wouldn't be too difficult.

The trip wouild probably take 1:15 but especially on weekends, I'm sure it would be popular if it left every 30 minutes.
Not needed - the night buses already do this. There's even a Friday/Saturday night short-turn on the N19 to Metrotown to handle the crowds and extra buses to UBC. Given the lack of traffic, an express at that time of night is really not needed.
