some 530 Tremlbay (@ St. Laurent) news
http://rpca.wordpress.com/2009/11/30/rpca-planning-and-development-update/#more-491

New Federal Office Complex at 530 Tremblay. Preliminary design work is taking place on the 30 acres of land that the federal government recently purchased from Ontario on the southwest corner of the intersection of St. Laurent Boulevard and Tremblay Road for use as a new “federal node” for offices. The goal is for the parcel to be developed as a “nice Tunney’s Pasture,” with community design features and pedestrian access to the St. Laurent Transitway station. BMO Capital Realty, planner Nancy Meloche and renowned urban designer George Dark are involved in this stage of the project. No date has been set yet for public consultations.
