The same thing happened during phase 2, though it was also not postponed. It came online about 6 hours later.
Tickets.com is just amazingly inept. They need to stick to small time university basketball events.

Vanoc should have used the 'lottery' approach for all phases of ticket sale, no server would crash and it is much fairer.
