Downtown Saint Petersburg, FL - now with cycle track

See this thread about Orlando for explanation.

I didn't have a tripod and it was night, so you'll have to forgive the fuzziness.

Downtown Saint Petersburg

This is taken from the end of the pier, which jutts out quite a distance into Tampa Bay.

This is the pier. The purple building at the end is actually an inverted pyramid.

As promised, Saint Petersburg contains a cycle track - a physically separated bike lane placed between the sidewalk and the parking lane. I know of only a couple cities in the US with these. They're absolutely fabulous, but very rare. I was shocked to find one in Florida.

BONUS
Downtown Tampa, approximately 15 miles away, on the other side of the bay.
