I'm not sure what Centreport's goals are...but Regina is situated along major highways as well, and also includes air and rail transport all within a baseball throw of each other (small exaggeration). This is apparently very rare, yet very beneficial.

Regina's already has tenants and is about to announce more. So there must be some advantage to being here.
