Draper still has that rural/country feel to it, as you get closer to the heart of town. I don't think there is allot you can do to prevent the types of development seen next to I-15 and it's major interchanges though. All in all, the look of the industry along the I-15 corridor at Draper isn't bad. There's a fair amount of condos and class A office parks, with adj. commercial. Plans in the future seem to call for quite a bit of TRAX/mixed-use related projects, some of which will be a very substantial, densely packed, vertical highrise quadrant. IMO, Draper has an attractive mix of different options within the community, and seems to be headed in the right direction for a more commuter/mass transit friendly city, while still maintaining it's attractive areas with a more country type aspect.
