I like the redone Regent Park plans quite a bit.
There's few places I was scared to be when I lived in Toronto (regularly walked at night around Sherbourne/Carlton, Jamestown, and lots of other neighbourhoods) but Regent Park was one place I wouldn't go - not that there was anything to do there, unlike Jamestown where there was.
