Wood recycling

We've just taken down a wall in an old house, we have all the 2x4 wooden posts and all the lath that was attached to them. They're pretty old wood. Plus we have a ton of old floor boards and subfloor.

I'm lead to believe that as long as there are no nails in the wood, they can be recycled for free.

Can anyone tell me where I can take this wood?
