backpackers and employees will use it i guess - adding $2.50 to $3.75 fair isn't that bad really - won't people with passes be exempt from the upcharge anyway?

well now that I think about it I do believe that employees of YVR will be exempt and they should make a up a good chunck of the ridership I would think(at least thats what I remember). but i still think its a bad idea, $2.50 increase is a big difference from the reg fare.
all i know is that for me personally its enough to turn me off of the service, mind you I dont live right next to the Canada line and I dont exactly pay for parking at the airport either(for now).
edit: assuming this $2.50 goes to the airport i dont know why they dont tack it on to their airport improvement fee, it would make allot more sense.
