hello, everyone. i'm new here, but not to google sketchup. i've designed 4 buildings (hotel, house, and baseball & football stadiums). i've started on a skyscraper, with about 2 hours under my belt (off and on). i was hoping to get some ideas and or criticisms et cetera. i've also read about kerkythea, but have no idea how to use it. i think i may plan on building a whole downtown, so maybe having not so intricate buildings would be better? (i have a not so powerful cpu). thanks, everyone!
quick facts about the building (more to come upon completion):
70 stories (919ft)
mid to high end residential (including two story penthouses)
class a office space
ground floor retail (including grocery, movie theater, fitness center, pharmacy, restaurants, etc) ... (all retail has street frontage)
3 or 4 star hotel
attached parking garage
basically, a live-work-play building...
