i think it's clear we're talking about two different things here... an aquarium would be primarily for tourists, while a baseball stadium would be for residents. honestly, between the two, i'm in favor of the residents. huntsville already has an amazing tourist destination and it's not downtown. let's make downtown an amazing place for its citizens to live, eat, work and play!
