but you know that saying... Mobile follows the battle house (or something like that). I got some bad news. they have stopped hiring and they have cut our hours about 2 weeks ago. today they started laying off people. the Battle House is almost $2 million over budget. It is bleeding money. We are having a meeting tomorrow and I hope that my neck is not on the chopping block.

ugh...Things will get better. Times are tough for a lot of people but you guys are the brightest star downtown and we locals are as supportive as we can be at this time. Dining with you can be a bit expensive but the food and service is excellent. Keep us posted on your "neck".
