Most of those areas in the Liberty Park pictures were not covered with mobs of people. Therefore, they are underutilized and should have a Public Safety building constructed there. Worthless, lazy parks, not living up to there full potential as buildings.
Scottharding, what are you talking about?? Liberty Park may get a little shabby in areas--it is a big park with aging infrastructure--but it is far from having seen 'better days'. The park is immensely popular. I drove by on 500 East last Saturday afternoon, and was struck not only by how beautiful the park is, but by how full it was. There was hardly a parking space to be seen, and the running and walking paths were full of people getting exercise and taking a stroll. It was a beautiful scene, which reminded me how much I love this city. We may use the park differently than in the days of big brass bands, but we still use the park, and the infrastructure is being updated constantly.
