Has there every been any talk of widening the Airport Parkway? Most notably from the point where it shrinks down to 1 lane in each direction at the end of Bronson to the Hunt Club interchange?

That seems to be a pretty popular route for motorists, but definitely can get congested at times, although maybe not quite to the levels that a widening is entirely necessary.

That said, I stay off of the roads during rush hours, so maybe it's worse than I think it is?

There's certainly enough room to widen it, and driving it the other day, it looked like enough room under a couple of the bridges, with minimal work.
