This building's height is a little off.
DOB lists as 627 feet, which is to highest occupied floor, not to roof. Probably at least 650 feet per Emporis standards if a flat roof (not including water tanks or mechanical equipment).
Also, this building will be huge. Well over 1.2 million square feet, which is gigantic for an apartment building. It's basically the size of the Comcast Center in Philly.
