I know I've asked this question before, but can somebody explain to me how LRT is better than simply expanding the current 99 B-Line with:
1) more buses
2) priority lanes
3) priority signals
It seems to me that would provide the same capacity and speed as LRT, but the whole point is that capacity, and more importantly speed, simply isn't good enough.
