So I went outside and counted and matched it up with the pics and the offical documents. the first residential floor, will be floor number 3. floors 1 and 2 are the two story high lobby/mezz area facing mission. ffloor 3, is the first residential floor and is level with the internal raised plaza. from mission street, 1, 2, lobby mezz then 3,4,5,6 are the glass enclosed, then where the granite facade starts, is floors 7/8 9/10 11/12 13/14 and 15/16 then in the middle of the building looking on the back side where there is another "glass" section those are specifically designated in the docs as well and those are floors 17-24. so that totals 440 units. explains 1 and 2 as lobby and mezz, but leaves the units on the top two floors 25 and 26 which look like total of 18 units or so. whats up with those?
