I did not know the SLC area had a high water table. CCC seems to have a deep hole. I believe the entire parking for CCC is below grade. Correct?

Well most of Salt Lake doesn't have watertable issues. Its my understanding that its just the Gateway area- near the river. Anyone know for certain? I could imagine that getting out towards the airport there might be similar problems.
