I like the concept and the fact that it is TOD, and I like the look of the buildings. Two complaints I have about it.
1. Nearly every building looks the same. I would love to see every building or at least every block or half block have a different design and exterior treatments.
2. There doesn't seem to be a ton of variety or options. I love that there are plenty of condos and apartments available but I would love to see some Row/townhomes mixed into the area, give each block a slightly different feel.
Don't get me wrong I am glad to see developers providing these options. With the addition of Fireclay, Market Station and Daybreak, this really give those looking for a more urban/TOD feel several options. Obviously CCC will give a downtown options, Market Station will give an urban/new feel, while Fireclay will give a neighborhood TOD options while obviously Day Break will provide that suburban feel while still being more responsible sustainable and TOD.
