there certainly is a culture war going on in this country, and its sad that the real issues are clouded by picking a side and just fighting tooth and nail without understanding on both sides. Gay marriage wasn't going to cause all those things to happen that the Yes promoters said. And due respect for religious beliefs can and should be tolerated as well. I just think its sad that bandwagon mentality is happening now, where families and individuals are now going to feel at odds whether they be church members or GLBT. If the vote stands, or if it is overturned (which I think it will be) after all this.. in the end.. we all lose.. to some degree
