Only way for a team in Hamilton is to remove Buffalo from the equation. Bettman will back Buffalo until the end of time (his time), because they supported the lockout. Buffalo does't want a team in Hamilton because it will suck much of their attendance.
I know guys in Toronto who have Sabres season tickets. They sell the ones they don't want and drive to Buffalo for the premier games. I know there are many other people in the horseshoe doing the same, and the closer to Buffalo the more likely that is to happen.
