Saskatoon Public Library is going back to the drawing board to revamp its downtown facility.

I'm all for burrying the Sturdy-Stone building
It is a lovely parking garage, but pretty ugly office building IMHO. I also kind of like the idea of going over 23 st. Eek, I'm on the side of Bev Dubois, I'll have to rethink that.
