Thought I'd let everyone know, I have a friend who owns a condo in the marmalade area so she keeps bugging Howa to get updates on their project as her property value will likely increase when Marmalade is done. A representative told her that they are going to break ground on the commercial portion of the project next week, with the residential coming a year later. Who knows if they were just blowing her off but we can keep our fingers crossed.
