The Spec poll so far....
The provincial government is giving Hamilton $48 million to be used for capital projects in the city. (It can't be used for operating expenses.) How should the money be spent?
Infrastructure, roads etc. (50.00 %)
Public transit. (9.27 %)
Downtown core. (23.39 %)
Waterfront. (4.84 %)
