as I understand it its like this. the rent controlled units had to be replaced one for one. there will be 360 rent controlled studios to replace the existing 360 units ( rented or not) the remaining units will be 80 one bedrooms most at market rate but a percentage at below market. total units 440. as for the available floors. tenants have choice of all floors, including the 24th. - Edit - anything you find out about the list id appreciate. on another topic, as the nearby projects get built will we ever get a real grocery store in this hood? Not an overpriced yuppie store, but just an albertsons or something. I'm so sick of dragging my groceries home from foodsco. Its a long walk. Safe way on market is way over priced. I'd love it if they put a target and an albertsons in the furniture mart building.
