A maximum of 4000 square feet will be allowed for only one tenant in the City Centre development. All other tenants will only be allowed a max of 2000 square feet. This will prevent any major downtown tenant from relocating but conversely may do some good in attracting tenants from other areas of the city who might not have been able to afford downtown rents.
