WOW good find. It would be very interesting indeed. Tho making another waterpark within somewhat same area. what is with this guy? Why waterparks. why not like worlds largest wavepool or something
kidding but seriously a theme park would actually rub off as good in that area. we all know cedar park is booming. alot is happening over there. and its off a few toll roads as well. The City would make Large profit (if it had a major signer[like six flags])
