I've been lurking on ssp for longer than I care to admit. Recently, I have found myself living in the IF area. (Never would have imagined that.) But it's growing on me. Evenings are beautiful around here. I moved from the upper midwest so it took some time for the shock of such a barren, stark environment to wear off. Downtown IF has a lot of potential. I'm eager to see the Marriot rise and create more of a corridor from the freeway. From the downtown exit you might not realize there is a city core. I think some low to mid rise infill will help substantially. CHEERS.
