^space wise it will do wonders for the city, but vancouver had an opportunity with this one....and went "let's get us a hybrid Chevy Malibu" - sure it wins awards for its usage and the like, but will everyone want to come and see it? take pictures of it? have it as a symbol of themselves?
This project should have been on par with a sydney opera house....something renowned, something inspiring, something that defined vancouver's cityscape.
