I walked by a little while ago and I could only see one railing installed. Is it possible that this sole railing was installed so the developers (or whomever) could get a better idea of how the railings will fit, and are possibly considering other options? Seems far fetched....one would think that, at this stage, the railings issue has been decided and the fact that there's only one or a few up is simply a contruction issue.
