Those average asking prices and unit sizes may not tell the whole story. The smaller and cheaper units may be less available than the larger and more expensive units, or vice-versa? Also, I thought the Encore had much more available units. Maybe "vacant" units is defined uniquely for this? Interpreting second-hand data is always a mixed bag..
