I have to agree with UrbanBoy. I'd rather see the Utah theater become a film center than try to make it a broadway theater and cram everyone in there. ... Plus I really would love to see the parking lot next to squatters be developed. Broadway has a lot of charm and even more potential to it. The addition of a "Broadway" style theater would really add to that streets flavor.

... About the Broadway center tower: That is kind of the way that things happen here(and elsewhere) it seems. The initial proposal and height always changes. HP was 28 floors at one point right? Eagle Gate was in the 40's I heard. The CCC towers are still fluctuating. ... It would be nice if developers put their money where there mouth's are.
