^^^ my colleague bought there. Absolutely loves it... mainly the location.
He did have issues with finish out... paint jobs poor. and a big problem with the Tub installation and some water issues. Finally resolved after lawyer threats.
All in all he's happy with it and does not want to be in a high rise per se.
