well...Copelands could always come back and put a "copeland's cheesecake bistro" in that building...we have a Copelands and a Copelands ck bistro here in baton rouge, both do great business, but i think i like the bistro one better...
yea i dont think the cheesecake factory will enter smaller markets like mobile's- too bad, their food is sooo good (and $$)
