^ I think the transit corridors that will be in place will be a huge advantage.
Think about it, Pheonix is the 6th largest city in the U.S. and untill December they still don't have a rapid transit system and even then it won't be very extensive. Salt Lake, however is probubly one of the smaller of the big citys and we will have light rail to every corner of the valley, a commuter rail line up and down the entire corridor as well as street cars, BRT and an excilent freeway system.
I think we're doing pritty good.
