Property Going Towards River Landing Phase Two

Council approved the purchase of 414 Avenue A South from the Canadian National Railway Company at Tuesday night's City council.
The piece of land which costs 825 thousand dollars is located at 19th Street and Avenue A and is part of River Landing Phase Two.
The property is under a long-term lease agreement to MTS Allstream until 2019, so as compensation the city will pay 67 thousand dollars a year in rent.
