Wow, it's nice to get some details.

With that information, I'm going to throw Icelandair into the mix. They seem to have been targetting underserved North American markets to Europe. Another (possibly the most likely) possibility would be either Mexicana or Aeromexico.

I'm somewhat doubtful of an Asian carrier. The major ones tend to offer more premium products, and I don't know if YEG has proven to be high yielding enough to attract a carrier like Cathay. China is out of consideration due to bilaterals. India could be served by an intermediate point east of India (wouldn't that be fantastic). I guess the most likely Asian destinations would be Seoul - Korean Airlines has a hub ideally suited to serve all of Asia, and is somewhat more aggressive than other air carriers in opening new markets.
