Well Downtown is about 50 - 75% Done (to the last detail), in the last past 2 versions of Staunton, NJ, after Downtown would come Jefferson, I've never made it past Jefferson without starting over! So we'll see!

- 1979 - 1983
- The Main Exhibition Building, (1983)
- The North Wing, The South Wing (1980, 1981)







Convention Center Plaza originally the Koster & Associates Plaza
1986 - 1990
- One Convention Center Plaza, 516 Feet, 1988
- Two Convention Center Plaza, 370 Feet, 1990
- Originally Planned as a Twin Towered Complex, second tower shortened due to main investors pulling out during the Staunton Real Estate dip of 1988.



The original Koster & Associates Plaza, the first tower notiably the second building to Exist in Staunton after 1 Galcrop Plaza.
