There has been talk for a couple of years about this. The upkeep for the Blount estate is substantial and it is in need of repairs and updating. The current mansion has only one restroom downstairs, very limited dining area and other drawbacks.
I don't think the Rileys are interested in making the move but it may be a possibility in the future.
What about the house next to the current mansion. Didn't the
Friends of the Mansion buy it a few years ago?
