I think the first obstacle can be overcome if the success of London Taps is enough. All a business needs is people in the area to represent a possible consumer base.
Sure is hard to believe anything is ever gonna happen to the Connaught now. The front lobby windows and doors have all been tagged up and somebody broke into the offices and did what looks like the old "smash n grab". Broken walls and glass everywhere.
