I beg to differ - a change in government policy regarding countless different things could result in a more 'business friendly' environment which in turn, will compound the results of our building boom, bringing more business and commercial construction to the region instead of just suburban homes. More businesses in Saskatoon could result in less gravel parking lots.
I just dont see Saskatoon's building boom amounting to much without a few construction cranes on the downtown skyline.
