Absolutely, that's what is going to make it so cool upon completion. Not quite the Sliver tower going up right now in NY (566 feet), but will still be pretty damn cool. I'm alittle concerned about the concrete portion of the facade facing 8th street in the renderings. I'm still not quite sure why they didn't opt for an all-glass fascade. I'm hoping it blends well with the neighboring Mayfari, but i'm not quite sure it will, as the Mayfair has a brick fascade.

Edit: I retract the part about the concrete, it appears as though it is likely a different fascade. Still a minor concern of mine, however.
