I still hope demolition or preparation of the site occurs at least a few wks before Dec. But if tearing down the tinker toy parking structure is put off til "groundbreaking" that means actual construction of the proj itself won't begin for several wks after Dec 1st. Of course it won't take as much time to remove the parking lot than something like the old state bldg at 1st & broadway. Still, sure would be nice if they sped up the process by clearing out the land well before 12-1-07.
In the meantime, waiting to see signs of actual devlpt beginning on the LA Central site, &----this goes without saying----the Medallion.
