Your right scraperdude. McLelland street is about 1060 E., so this is where that big granite furniture store is. The 2 point perspective rendering is like you're standing on 2100 S. and 1060 E. looking SE. You can see the statue in the middle of the road and the Barnes and Noble on the far left. I also think it looks desent. What I'm confused about is the north elevation; it doesn't seem to match with the rendering, and I thought that they only owned the Granit building and not the rest where the Blue Boutique is

(edit) just figured it out. the north elevation is only looking at the southern most building.

Anyway, I hope they are able to get some local buisnesses in there and keep the charm of the area. I'll hold on to some hope.
