If the condos are a bust, i hope the land is used and not a eyesore
A second cruise dock with retail would make a good fit there. I just hope the walkway over waterstreet will be built. If not there is really no way Mobile's waterfront can grow to its full potential(sp?) with those speed demons exiting off of I-10 unto waterstreet......
