Country, I think you are absolutely right. On another topic, does anyone know if there is there a link to Meridian Developers plans for the King George??? I missed out on downtown condos in the Riverfront property by waiting for actual construction, so if they are appropriate, I would love to find out more about the potential condos in the King George! My wife and I are considering a move downtown, but have not seen anything that interets us (ie. lack of riverfront/downtown/broadway areas properties!)
